Stacy

As a wife, mother of three and a retired attorney I know that we women all too easily forget to focus on ourselves. Our kids need us, there’s a deadline at work, groceries need to be picked up or aging parents need attention. There’s always a reason for not putting ourselves first. And sometimes, even when we do concentrate on ourselves, nothing changes or we still feel stuck.I know because I’ve been there myself.  My practice includes meditation, fitness, nutritional therapy and gratitude to help women live their most authentic, purposeful lives.
Specialties: Certified Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher and Nutritional Therapy Consultant (Spring 2018)

As for My Real Fake Life? Well… here I am living in Tampa, having just moved back from living in paradise for 6.5 years. I have everything I want. I travel. I have an amazing partner. My kids are healthy. We live in a gorgeous house. Good shit happens to me all the time because I expect that it will happen to me.  I intend for it to happen. But at the same time I’m totally real. I hate my kids. The car breaks down. The dog pukes on the carpet and I have to clean it up.  It’s totally my real fake life!
