Are you bombarded everyday, like me, by all the things you’re supposed to be doing to be happy, live healthy, be a good parent, a good spouse, a good friend?

Honestly, if I listened to all of the ‘shoulds’ I might never make it out of the house. I know for sure that I’d feel like crap because I would never be able to measure up.
So start small. Don’t get paralyzed or stuck not knowing how to begin. Remember, any forward movement is called progress.

It doesn’t matter how little or small the steps may seem to you, it’s still forward progress.
