Egg yolks contain various essential nutrients like choline and methionine that help your liver digest and distribute fatty acids throughout the body.
Here’s the thing though, many people have difficulty digesting fat these days. Not only do you need healthy bile to digest fats, but you also need the appropriate amount of pancreatic enzymes and eggs can greatly increase your ability to digest fats.
Do your research, educate yourself and just be sure they are quality eggs (pastured) and not commercial eggs.
